My name is Nathan, but you can call me DJ Nate D. Skate. With a passion for music and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences, I’ve dedicated myself to providing top-notch DJ services throughout the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.

About Nathan Giles
I have a rich background that informs my approach as a DJ. Before diving into the world of entertainment, I spent years as an Information Technology Specialist specializing in Oracle Database Administration. My journey has been shaped by diverse experiences—from serving in the United States Marine Corps to pursuing education at various institutions like UDC and GW University.
Music has always been my first love; I grew up surrounded by it, from racing pigeons and writing poetry to performing on stage. My favorite genres include Smooth Jazz, R&B/Soul, and Fusion Jazz—music that resonates deeply with me and inspires my performances.
When I'm not behind the decks, I cherish spending time with family or indulging in classic films and Broadway musicals.
